The Ways People Are Using Racial DeckEquity So Far

In just a couple of weeks, I’ve gotten feedback like the following:

“We had a team meeting on DEI to plan for 2021 year efforts. I got the deck the day before, and was able to refer to it for some generative inspiration. One of the cards was actually spot on for a suggestion!”

“We have an organizational meeting tomorrow, and based on a conversation about race and organizational justice the last time, I’m trying to figure out a way to bring up this card deck in the meeting.”

“I am going to introduce this deck at our next DEI meeting -”

That feeling when your coworker says “I want to do more about racial justice, belonging, respect, power disparities, and DEI here but I don’t know where to start”

“I plan on using this deck to ensure that we center DEI in our organizational operations year round.”

“I literally just had a meeting on DEI today, and bought your deck to use with our operations team going forward!”
